Anna Fagan See the happy face below, at the piano? That's me - probably about age 2. I'm sure I had no idea what to do at that big instrument, but I knew it was going to be fun!
Fast-forward to today, and I'm looking back at over 40 years of experience as both a teacher and a performer. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance from the University of Central Florida, and continue to participate in many workshops and professional conferences each year in order to enhance my skills. I'm pleased to also be a frequent speaker at local and state events. I've been very active in the Florida State Music Teachers Association, serving as President from 2019-2021, and have held many other positions at the State, District, and Local Levels. I have recently 'retired' from my position as organist/pianist at the Church of the Lakes in Orlando. I served there for the last 31 years, and worked collaboratively with a number of vocal and instrumental performers. Praying for opportunities to play as we explore the U.S.! |
